About the role

Run accurate, on-time payroll for our 400 hourly and salaried employees across five states.

What you will do

• Process biweekly multi-state payroll for hourly and salaried employees
• Reconcile payroll to the general ledger and resolve variances
• Manage garnishments, deductions and payroll tax filings
• Support year-end W-2 processing and audits
• Answer employee pay questions quickly and accurately

What you bring

• 3+ years processing multi-state payroll
• Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now or a similar system
• Strong Excel skills, including lookups and pivot tables
• Working knowledge of federal and state payroll tax rules
• High attention to detail and confidentiality

Nice to have

• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or FPC
• Experience with timekeeping integrations
• Experience in a high-volume hourly environment

Location: Chicago, IL (hybrid, 3 days in office)

Pay range: USD 62,000 - 78,000 per year.
